About Bill (Yiqi) Guo

I’m a visual & interaction designer based in Pittsburgh.

I spend a lot of time learning how visual elements behave, then building things that could not exist without that knowledge.

I care deeply about beauty — form as an inseparable element of function. I design many things — interfaces, visual identities, motion, and interactions, mainly focusing on the intersections between them.

Currently, I’m studying at Carnegie Mellon University where I’m pursuing dual majors in the School of Design and the Human-Computer Interaction Institute.

Outside of design, I love to dive deep into niches (currently fashion, horology, and classical music).
